Pilot Program - up to $25,000

Please be advised that funding for the $25,000 Homebuyer Assistance Program has been fully expended and is no longer available at this time.
However, eligible homebuyers may still access Down Payment Assistance of up to $7,500. To learn more about program eligibility and available resources, please visit our Program Information Page.
