Keeping Gastonia Moving Safely
The City's Traffic Operations section maintains and oversees the operation of more than 140 computerized traffic signal intersections, approximately 1,000 traffic signal heads, 250 miles of pavement markings, and 17,000 traffic signs. The Division is also responsible for setting up detours for construction, special events, and more.
