Streetlights
The placement of streetlights is determined by City of Gastonia Electric Division to provide safety and security for residents of the City of Gastonia. These lights are normally at the edge of a property line or at the curb, facing the street.
Security Lights
For additional security, City of Gastonia customers may request a security light to be installed on their property for a monthly fee. Call 704.866.6826 to speak with our lighting specialist who can help you choose the best lighting solution for your property.
Decorative street light installations require a minimum 10-year term service agreement. Click here to see a sample agreement.
