Introducing New City Bill Pay Kiosks!
City of Gastonia utility customers will soon have a more convenient way to pay all utility bills through their Two Rivers Utilities account. Customers can access the kiosks in five locations across the city.
Customers can access the new kiosks at these locations in Gastonia:
- Food Lion 111 W. Garrison Blvd.
- Food Lion 1024 W. Hudson Blvd.
- Food Lion 2601 S. New Hope Road
- WOW Supermarket 2557 W. Franklin Blvd.
- Garland Center 150 S. York Street (outside)
Utility Customer Service is responsible for timely and accurate billing for City of Gastonia services, the collection of City revenues, and requests for new, transfer, or termination of utility service.

By using your City of Gastonia account number, or Social Security Number and address, you can quickly access information on amounts due, payments received, due dates and disconnect dates. In addition, you can verify open reconnect orders for your location, process payments or payment arrangements or speak to a Customer Service Representative.
