Board of Adjustment meetings will be held remotely due to COVID-19.  In order to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus and to comply with the State of Emergency, the City of Gastonia will conduct Board of Adjustment meetings remotely until further notice.

1. If you wish to speak on a particular public hearing item during the meeting, you must call with the Planning Department at 704-854-6652 and register before noon the day BEFORE the meeting (Wednesday, February 24th).  If no one is available to answer your call, you will need to leave a voice message.  Provide your name, file #, a phone number to call you back.
2. To view the meeting agenda, click on the appropriate meeting agenda in the Upcoming Events section at https://www.cityofgastonia.com/upcoming-recent-meetings.html
3. On the day of the meeting, watch the livestream of the meeting on the City’s website in the Upcoming Events section at https://www.cityofgastonia.com/upcoming-recent-meetings.html 
4. Follow the instructions given when you registered in order to call into the meeting at the time that the item you are interested in is being heard by the Board.

If you wish to submit written comments for the Public Hearing you may at any time from the date of this notice until 24 hours after the Public Hearing is held. To submit, email the Planning Department at planning@cityofgastonia.com.
