Yard Waste

City-issued yard waste carts are emptied weekly. Yard waste not in a City-issued cart is collected weekly.

You can recycle at our new Drop-Off Recycling Center located at 3175 Duke Street in Gastonia!

You can also take your recyclables to the Farmers Market located at 410 E. Long Street in Gastonia. 

If you are physically/medically unable to put your garbage cart out, please print out the Exception Service form and return to the Solid Waste Division at The City of Gastonia.
