How to Obtain a Fire Report

Citizens can obtain official fire reports from the Gastonia Fire Department by visiting Station 1, located at 260 N Myrtle School Road in Gastonia, or by sending an email requesting the report to Administrative Assistant Suzanne Clark at Suzanne.Clark@gastonianc.gov or to Administrative Assistant Phyllis Fuda at Phyllis.Fuda@GastoniaNC.Gov. Emails requesting fire reports must contain the date, address, and call type of the incident.
Visits to Station 1 to obtain fire reports must be made between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday, except for official city holidays. All printed reports cost $3.00 per report. Cash, personal checks, and money orders are the only methods of payment accepted at this time.
