Please send your applications with site plan and fire retardant certificates to codeenf@cityofgastonia.com . We are working on making them available on portal at a later date. However, for us to enter your application in our new permitting system, we will need to you register for portal access and also register as a contractor. These instructions can be found at the top of our FAQ’s, which include instructional videos for the registration process.
Offices for Building Permits and Inspections are located in the Garland Municipal Business Center at 150 S. York Street on the first floor.
