‘GET TO KNOW GASTON’ TO PROVIDE A FUN, INFORMATIVE EVENING
GASTONIA, N.C. – Gaston County Government and the City of Gastonia are partnering to host an evening of food, fun and info for the whole family.
“Get to Know Gaston” is your chance to spend time with your family, your neighbors and your local government in a fun, friendly environment. Learn about upcoming projects that will impact you and your loved ones and get a look inside the projects your local government is working on from Gaston County Government and the City of Gastonia.
There will be live music from Dakota Groves and The Giftt + Soundz, bounce houses and obstacle courses for the kids, a chance to explore some of our high-tech public safety vehicles, and opportunities to earn vouchers to the food trucks attending the event. In addition to multiple county and city departments, representatives from the Gastonia Ghost Peppers, the Gaston Business Association, Gaston College, Gaston County Schools, One Gaston 2040 and the Office of Congressman Tim Moore will be on hand to answer questions and provide information to residents.
Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 3, from 4-8 p.m., and make plans to join us at the Rotary Pavilion and Gaston County Administration Building in Downtown Gastonia.
