Housing Rehabilitation Program
Homeowner Rehabilitation Program
The Community Development Division receives funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Through the use of these funds, low- to moderate- income homeowners may receive assistance with necessary housing repairs to help the homeowner maintain safe and affordable housing.
The Homeowner Housing Rehabilitation Program works to help low and moderate income homeowners fix their homes. The program is designed to repair major operation systems making the home safe and comfortable for many years to come. Grant assistance is available up to a maximum of $25,000.00, which is secured by a ten-year lien.
