August 25th, 2026: First day traffic counts allowed after summer break
November 11th, 2026: Scoping meeting required by this date for traffic counts by December 17th
January 12th, 2027: First day traffic counts allowed after Christmas break
April 16th, 2027: Scoping meeting required by this date for traffic counts by May 20th
