Homebuyer Opportunity
Pilot Program - up to $25,000
UPDATE - As of 10/14/2024, The $25,000 pilot Down Payment Assistance (DPA) program has been fully exhausted. However, the standard DPA program, offering up to $7,500 in assistance, is still available for eligible applicants.
As a temporary measure, only applications from clients who have already been pre-approved for a mortgage through a lender will be processed.
Applicants seeking assistance with pre-purchase counseling services will be provided with a list of referral options to quickly address their need.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee access to available funding.

Homebuyer Education Class
