5 Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan (HUD)

 
The City of Gastonia receives federal funds to invest in improving local communities. How should these funds be spent?
 
The City of Gastonia has completed the development of its 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and 2025 Annual Action Plan for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  A link to these draft plans can be found below.  The Plan identifies the City's priorities for allocating federal CDBG and HOME grant funds to community needs.   The plan is available for public comment beginning Thursday, April 17, 2025  through Sunday, May 18, 2025.  Public hearings have been set for the purpose of providing the public with an overview of the plan and to accept public comments.  The hearings are scheduled as follows:
